Doug Gordon is Vice President of Development for Tambone Companies. He facilitates relationships and identifies new development opportunities as well as providing management support of current projects. He is an experienced project manager with extensive knowledge of the South Florida market and years of experience in the construction industry working with owner’s teams through due diligence, estimating, programming, and approvals.
Gordon was most recently a Partner and Project Executive at Black Diamond Residential LLC in Jupiter, Florida and previously held leadership positions at Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, Anderson-Moore Construction in Lake Park, Florida, and Haas Construction Management and Highland Remodeling Group in New Jersey.
Gordon is a member of the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County (EDC) and the founder of “EXCEL,” the entrepreneurial arm of the EDC. In his spare time, Gordon enjoys surfing, fishing, and golfing and most of all, spending time with his family. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Montclair State University in New Jersey.
Peter Hofheinz is Vice President of Development of Tambone Companies. He comes to Tambone with more than 15 years of professional planning experience.
Peter graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 with a master’s degree in urban and regional planning. He immediately began work as a planning consultant with Kimley-Horn and Associates, assisting local governments across the State of Florida with comprehensive planning efforts. In 2012 he joined the City of Palm Beach Gardens as a planner, and by 2019 had become the Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning.
During his tenure at the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Peter reviewed and managed the review and approval process for a wide variety of complex and multifaceted projects including single-family subdivisions, large commercial centers, professional office parks, industrial warehousing, mixed-use projects, and multifamily projects. A sampling of the successful projects that benefited from his strong skillset, emphasis on teamwork, and inclusive leadership include Alton, PGA Station, Avenir, and Central Gardens.
Peter is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Kim Blair is a Project Coordinator for Tambone Companies. Her responsibilities focus on providing administrative support to all Tambone Team members including project presentation development, proposal coordination for land sales and build-to-suits, preparation of client and project financial packages, marketing coordination and other administrative tasks.
Prior to joining Tambone, Kim gained experience in luxury custom home and commercial construction and sales. She worked at Black Diamond Residential in Jupiter as a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer and previously held similar positions with Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, Maxwell Building Corporation in Jupiter, and First Premier Builders in Tequesta. Prior to that she was a real estate Broker Associate with Premier Properties of South Florida in Tequesta and Old Marsh Realty in Palm Beach Gardens. Kim is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
Rebecca Dunn is the Office & Marketing Administrator. In addition to overseeing all of the office administration, she is responsible for coordinating the company’s marketing efforts.
Prior to this role, Rebecca served as Tambone Companies’ Client Project Manager where she worked directly with the Leadership Team on the development and coordination of land sale and build-to-suit proposals for presentation to prospective clients, analyzing potential projects including assisting in the review of development budgets, and leading marketing efforts for the company’s portfolio of new and existing commercial real estate projects.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida.
