Richard is a leading Florida and New England commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate developer responsible for the acquisition and development of more than 15 million square feet of office, research, industrial, medical and multifamily projects in South Florida, the Southwest, and the Greater Boston markets.

As the co-owner of the family of Tambone companies, Richard enjoys a successful track record for integrity, reliability and responsiveness, with a development career that includes projects of great diversity, size, complexity and technical demands. Tambone offers clients the resources, professionalism and network of a major firm with the flexibility, speed and carefully controlled overhead of an entrepreneurial organization.

From its earliest days, Tambone focused on the highly demanding built-to-suit needs of quality-minded companies. Building on its expertise and assembling top professional teams, Tambone takes companies from site selection and financing through occupancy. Each building that bears a client name also bears the Tambone “signature” – an uncompromising commitment to getting the job done, on time, on budget, as promised.

Both the Tambone Companies and Richard personally are committed to giving back to the community. Richard currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County and the Treasure Coast Food Bank.  He is also an active member of the Orange Avenue Corridor Association, Treasure Coast Research Corridor Association, the PGA Corridor Association, and the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. Each year the Tambone Companies support numerous organizations and events across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County, promoting the area they call home.

Lori is a Professional Engineer and co-founder of Tambone and its related entities. She brings over 30 years of engineering, administration, and management experience to the company and a consistent history of involvement with community activities.

At Tambone, Lori is responsible for bringing each project through every phase – from design, engineering, permitting, and construction through occupancy. In this capacity, she also manages the diverse team of project managers, architects, contractors, and other support personnel in the various regional offices, as well as overseeing the general office administration.

Her area of expertise includes site plan analysis, project cost estimates and bids, feasibility studies of new projects, platting and zoning activities, tenant improvements, and organization of the design team for projects.

Both the Tambone Companies and Lori personally are committed to giving back to the community. Lori currently sits on the Board of Directors of CREW Palm Beach-Treasure Coast, a Commercial Real Estate Women network.  She is also an active member of the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County, Treasure Coast Research Corridor Association, Orange Avenue Corridor Association, PGA Corridor Association, Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, as well as a volunteer at several local nonprofits. Each year she and the Tambone Companies support numerous organizations and events across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County, promoting the area they call home.
