Peter Hofheinz

Tambone Companies is pleased to welcome a new employee to our Tambone family. Peter Hofheinz joins our management team as Vice President of Development.

Peter is an experienced planning consultant with extensive knowledge of the South Florida market and years of experience in the construction industry assisting local governments across the state of Florida with comprehensive planning efforts. In his new role with Tambone, Peter will focus on identifying and facilitating new development opportunities and provide management support of current projects.

Peter was most recently the Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning for the City of Palm Beach Gardens. He previously was a planning consultant with Kimley-Horn and Associates. He brings with him a strong and diverse background in site plan design, government approval procedures, client service, and project management. He is currently certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. Peter holds a Master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Florida.
