Project Analyst

Matt Blackham joined Tambone Investment Group in 2004 as Project Analyst. In this capacity, Matt coordinates project finances, evaluates trends in the financial performance of projects, as well as analyzes new projects. He coordinates with Tambone’s financial partners, property owners, consultants and contractors to ensure the constant monitoring of project finances. Matt is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing a large industrial fund that will focus on acquiring and adding value to industrial based properties in the Greater Boston Area.

Matt is a recent graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and comes from a real estate family lineage.

He has experience in commercial, industrial as well as residential real estate developments projects.
