Karen J. Gunther

Karen J. Gunther joined the Tambone family of companies in Florida in 1987 as the Director of Accounting and later became involved in the project financing and office management. She became Chief Operating Officer of an affiliate company, Santa Teresa Limited Partnership, in January, 2001, moving to New Mexico to undertake the management of the company developments. Ms. Gunther returned to Massachusetts in January, 2003, as the Chief Operating Officer of Tambone Investment Group.

With over twenty years of experience in real estate accounting, finance, and management, Ms. Gunther is responsible for the operations, finance, and administration of the Tambone Investment Group developments and associated projects. The operations areas include South Florida, Massachusetts, and New Mexico. In this capacity, she also oversees the day-to-day administration of the company and its satellite offices.

Ms. Gunther is a member of the American Society of Women Accountants and is currently President-elect of its national board. Ms. Gunther holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is married and has a son attending college in California.
